Features

Yogurt Production Line is combined with kinds of dairy processing machinery, such as cooling tank, filter, preheating tank, pasteurizing tank, fermentation tank. And final product is liquid yogurt, we also call stirred yogurt.

Milk Powder: need to change it into reconstituted milk first and then do next step

Fresh Cow Milk: need to cooling storage and keep it fresh at low temperature first

Preheating: normally preheat milk at 50℃ and then do homogenization.

Homogenization: make milk more smooth and white to improve the final taste of yogurt, ice cream etc.

Pasteurization: pasteurize milk at 85℃ and keep it for a while.

Fermentation:  add yogurt culture into it and keep it for 6-8 hours at 43 ℃. 

Filling: Fill into cups or bottles, also can pack into pouch for sale.
